To achieve tight tolerances in 3-axis CNC milling, Zou Hub utilizes a Haas OM2 high-speed CNC milling machine. The company specializes in plastic and composite precision components. Typical products are under 4 inches by 4 inches in size, but Zou Hub can potentially accommodate larger components upon request. For CNC milling services, operational capacity ranges from small to large production runs.

For smaller production runs, Zou Hub uses the following machinery for its waterjet cutting services:

• Omax Protomax machine
• 12-inch by 12-inch cutting bed
• Hydrobrick cutting bed

The company has the dimensional capacity for waterjet-cut , achieving a material thickness down to 0.003 inches. Zou Hub works with virtually all materials in its waterjet cutting services, with the exception of tempered glass.

To best serve you with comprehensive services, fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printing and assembly work (inserts, hardware, etc.) are available as supplemental services.
